Prices and Order Policy
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. BoxNovo reserves the right to modify prices, products, or services at any time.
Because we provide custom printing and packaging services, customer approval is required before production begins. Orders may generally be canceled within 6–8 hours after proof approval, depending on the production status. Cancellations requested after this period may be subject to applicable charges.
After approximately 12–14 hours following proof approval, cancellation may not be possible, and full or partial charges may apply, including design, production, manufacturing, and shipping costs.
We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice and, where permitted by law, will not be liable for losses resulting from such changes.
Artwork File Requirements
To achieve the best printing results, artwork should generally be submitted at 300 DPI and in CMYK format.
BoxNovo is not responsible for printing issues caused by low-resolution, incorrectly prepared, or otherwise unsuitable artwork, including blurry images or color variations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any artwork, images, logos, or other materials submitted for printing. We reserve the right to refuse artwork that is unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, or infringes upon the rights of others.
Billing Information
BoxNovo reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel orders or payments at its discretion, subject to applicable law. We may also limit order quantities per customer or product.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information, including their name, address, phone number, email address, and payment details.
If incorrect, incomplete, fraudulent, or misleading information is provided, we may cancel the order and suspend or terminate access to our services.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our packaging products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders, except where required by applicable law.

If the issue is determined to be a production or manufacturing defect, we will work with you to correct the issue or arrange a reprint according to the original approved specifications. Reprints and delivery may require approximately 12–15 business days.
Shipment and Delivery
Production, printing, and finishing generally require 6–8 business days, with shipping requiring an additional 4–5 business days.
Production timelines begin after we receive, review, and approve your final artwork and all required order information.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a production delay is directly caused by a technical or manufacturing issue on our part, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Prohibited and Illegal Use
You may not use our website or services to:

- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
